and process your
payment online
5.Download and
complete the
form packet
(Health History
/ Code of
Conduct Forms)
6.ASAP Scan and
submit signed
and completed
form packet
online
PAYMENT IN FULL SECURES YOUR SPACE.Once a session is full, any unpaid registrations will be released and allocated on a first to pay basis.
If a session is already full and you cannot attend any other, submit an online registration request and include,'ADD ME TO THE WAITLIST' under the comments section.

provided we have openings, we will work with you to reschedule
