CANCELLATION
POLICY REGISTRATION All registrations online at www.neryc.com. Sessions fill quickly, early registration is a must. Once registration is accepted by the camp director, the space will only be fully confirmed upon receipt of payment. Spaces will be filled on a first to pay basis. CANCELLATIONS NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1 Before May 1, any refunds subject to 30% admin fee. up to May 1 and excludes convenience fees. After May 1, refunds will only be considered for a legitimate medical reason such as broken limb, and subject to 50% admin fee excluding convenience fees, and would be pro-rated as applicable.A physician’s order will be required. If circumstances create a situation beyond your control, provided we have openings, we will work with you to re-schedule your session(s) within the season. All queries to the Program Director North East River Youth Sailing Foundation  The Foundation will consider applications for financial assistance with sail camp fees. BAY RACERS TRAVEL TEAM FEES $325 per week plus Regatta Activity fees 7 weekly sessons Mon - Thurs plus regatta days starting June 20 Advanced level sailors ready for competition - (9 - 18 years) The Bay Racer Team receive high level coaching and travel to regattas around the Bay throughout the summer Regular Camp Hours (9am to 4pm Mon – Thurs) Regatta Travel day, Away Practice day and Regatta day hours will vary PREREQUISITES: Sailor must be a NERYC club member (junior or family) Sailor must receive coach recommendation and approval of Program Director Sailor must be committed to attendance, travel, regatta participation, and parent/guardian must be willing to transport and be in attendance on regatta travel days Minimum attendance = 4 weeks and 4 regattas. Any exception or variation by special permission of Program Director prior to registration Program coordinator will provide logistical support. Staff will provide coaching and on water support Parents are responsible for any association affiliation dues, program fees, regatta activity fees, transport to events, as well as accommodation and meals when applicable. |
