  as they will make an effort to keep our slips close by. Directions: Lat 3
 9.14028 Long 76.25259\n\nSlip fees:\n\nFriday\, $3.25 per foot\, Saturday 
 and Sunday\, $3.75 per foot\, Monday\, $4.00 per foot 30 amp electric is $
 10 per night. A few members anchored out in Swan Creek last year. There is
  a lovely pool\, great shower/changing facilities at Osprey Point\, and tw
 o picnic groves. Trace is the dockmaster. If you have more questions\, you
  can reach him through the office. Osprey Point has 40 transient slips.\n\
 nBy land\, Osprey Marina is at 20786 Rock Hall Avenue\, Rock Hall.\n\nTher
 e are many places to stay in Rock Hall. Mariners Motel is an option: 410-6
 39-2224\n\nSaturday\, August 30\, 5:00: Annual Commodore's Picnic at the g
 azebo picnic ground.. Help us honor Commodore Dick and First Mate\, Tina! 
 Dick and Tina will be providing the main course\, a taco bar with beef\, c
 hicken\, carnitas &amp\; vegan vegatable/black bean tacos. Please bring an
  appetizer\, side\, or finger food dessert to share. Beverages are always
