Saturday, July 24. Rain date Sunday, July 25, from 1:00 - 5:00.
Everyone,
including the young and 'not so young', will get the opportunity to show off
their design ingenuity, duct taping skills and the chance to test their
vessel's (not to mention their own) endurance and speed on the race course.
Racing will begin at 2:00 and is part of an entire afternoon of fun,
starting with the ever-popular Dog Show at 1:30. The Cardboard Boat Race is
followed by our members appreciation picnic, with live music until 5:00 pm.
Remember! It's never too
soon to start scouring those dumpsters in search of that all elusive
cardboard.
